I work within several disciplines (textile, video, photography, drawing, text, spatial) and with many materials, because I love experiment and diversity. Detail is important to me; I focus on little things. Making free work is dearest to me; commissions are to support this.

I'm curious to know how human feeling works. Ideally I would love to analyze myself physically and mentally to find my own 'humansprout' and to investigate it thoroughly. In dayly life I'm always searching for clearity, for the cause of things. Art might be the only field in whic I can let mystery and clearity become one.

Part of my free work deals with the human body and nature.
Nature is a logical inspiration for me: the genious and refinement of for instance a stick-insect, a bowerbird, or the rose of Jericho toughes and fascinates me. The fact that there are organisms that live for several hundreds of years or just one single day makes our existence pretty relative.
